Mana Mobile Physical Therapy can develop wellness programs for anyone. We can work with those who have completed traditional physical rehabilitation and help them to achieve higher levels of function. We also “pre-habilitate” people to prevent the loss of mobility and decrease the incidence of injury with prophylactic care. As we get older our balance tends to worsen, so we can teach you ways to reduce the risk of falling. We also provide sport-specific conditioning from a medical perspective. For example, active people have higher instances of lower limb injuries such as ACL tears, but these odds can be vastly reduced through a clinically proven bi-weekly exercise regimen. Whatever your objectives, to run faster, jump higher, or stay active, we will do our best to keep you on the field.
