Mana Mobile Physical Therapy is brand new so please feel free to review the below answers to our most commonly asked questions. If you have additional questions that we haven't addressed, please contact us - we would love to hear from you!
How do I make my first appointment?
To make your first appointment, please contact us or call 310-853-3948. We will review any initial questions and your general goals, set up a consultation appointment, and send you new patient forms before your first visit.
What will be the frequency of my appointments?
Frequency will be completely tailored to your needs. You can book just one appointment or schedule hands on therapy, workouts, health guidance, and superficial or deep tissue sessions for an entire year!
What are your hours of operation?
Sessions are by appointment only, during the week or weekend. Your therapist will work with you to find the best available times customized to your schedule.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes, you can cancel 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel within 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may be charged up to a 50% late cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in the removal of all scheduled appointments.
What do I need to prepare for an appointment?
Prior to your first appointment, you will be e-mailed a standard new patient form including areas to share your objectives, a list of current medications, and any pertinent medical history or documentation. On the day of your appointment, please wear comfortable clothing so that the therapist can access any injured area easily. Also, have a personal mask ready to wear. Please have a clear, well-ventilated area available for treatment. If feasible, have a parking space or loading area available as there may be heavy equipment for the therapist to transport.
What equipment can we use during an appointment?
Mana Mobile PT will supply portable equipment including a treatment table and applicable exercise items. Any personally owned equipment could be viable for your appointment and usage will depend on what you and your therapist decide is best for reaching your personal goals.
